Post Work Out Delicious Shake

I had a great workout today that consisted of a seven minute warm up, a p90x type workout for 25 mins and then some yoga. Afterwards, knowing I needed protein but not hungry at all I decided to experiment with my new protein powder! Chocolate flavoured protein, water, frozen blueberries, scoop of peanut butter, scoop of flax. Blend it all up and you've got a yummy filling low cal post workout shake! The end of mine..
